Criteria Weights

Weights determine which criteria have the greatest impact on your scoring model. Building them is also a great opportunity to get buy-in for your model. Here's how:

  • Get leadership to take a Pairwise survey that explores their preferences.
  • Run a workshop to review differences, and align on "why" without the distraction of funding debates about specific projects.
  • Lock results into the software to enable you to score projects.
