What Affects the Price?
A few key factors influence the final cost of your subscription.
Portfolio size
We don't charge per user — we believe in fixed pricing without surprise costs, so your whole team can collaborate freely. This is why we price based on the cost of the project in your portfolio, with a sliding scale that means for smaller portfolios (under $1M) start from $400 per month, while portfolios with $100M pay as little as 0.1%. Either way, it's a fantastic opportunity to drive ROI, with potential savings well in excess of the subscription.
Hosting
We offer multiple hosting options — from low-cost shared instances to fully isolated or customer-managed setups, including on-premise deployments using Kubernetes or Docker. Customer data is hosted by default in Microsoft Azure's West US region, but residency can be tailored to meet compliance or sovereignty requirements. Pricing increases with infrastructure separation, data residency preferences, and custom deployment requirements.
Security requirements
We’re hosted on Microsoft Azure, which allows us to implement advanced security features for customers who need them. Standard security is included — data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256. Custom security configurations or features that increase our infrastructure cost may affect pricing.
Support level
Our team is committed to your success from day one, providing expertise in building models, setting up the software and training users. We agree outcomes and not hours because we want to make sure you get real benefits and not just a new tool. We also have trained partners available in case you need support in building up your broader PMO service proposition, with our network of sector leading consultants on hand to support you.
Contract length
Our standard model is an annual subscription, with discounts available for multi-year agreements. Shorter-term engagements are available as Proof of Concept (PoC) projects or as consulting packages delivered via our partners.
Customizations & integrations
We offer common connectors like Excel and Power BI free of charge, and consider additional API-based integrations where needed. We also consult clients regularly to engage in our roadmap planning for new features, and love being able to solve new challenges with additional builds.
