Flexible ways to work with TransparentChoice
Use TransparentChoice for a one-off decision, or across repeated decision cycles as priorities, funding and constraints change.
Ways to work with TransparentChoice
-
One-off need
Portfolio Decision Sprint
Apply the TransparentChoice Decision Framework and Portfolio Software to work through one consequential portfolio decision within a defined, fixed scope. The Sprint can stand alone, with no annual software subscription required.
A Decision Review helps clarify the decision and whether a Sprint is the right next step.
-
Ongoing need
TransparentChoice Software
Use TransparentChoice across repeated decision cycles to revisit what to pursue, change or set aside as priorities, funding, capacity, evidence and constraints change. Start with one portfolio and extend the same capability across portfolios, teams or business units where useful.
Our standard model is an annual subscription, and we do not charge per user.
For example, annual planning may lead to either path: a defined planning decision may suit a Sprint, while repeated planning and portfolio decision cycles may suit ongoing software.
What Affects Software Pricing?
The Sprint is a focused, fixed-scope engagement. For ongoing software use, pricing depends on the scope of use and any requirements that materially change deployment, implementation or support.
-
Scope and scale
We do not charge per user. Pricing reflects the breadth and complexity of how TransparentChoice will be used, including the scale and complexity of the portfolios or decisions involved.
-
Deployment and security
Standard security is included. Requirements such as dedicated or customer-managed deployment, data residency, infrastructure isolation or additional security controls can affect pricing.
-
Implementation and integrations
We can support model setup, software configuration and training. Common connectors such as Excel and Power BI are available without additional charge; non-standard integrations or implementation requirements may affect pricing.
-
Contract and support
Our standard model for ongoing software use is an annual subscription, with discounts available for multi-year agreements. Materially different support requirements may also affect pricing.
